1. Description

Silicon Nitride is a man made compound synthesized through several different chemical reaction methods. It has high hardness and toughness and high smelting point.

Silicon Nitride has excellent properties of corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity, heat shock resistance and abrasion resistance. It also has good anti-division property and stable chemical composition, low thermal expansion coefficient, high thermal conductivity and good oxidation resistance at high temperature.
