1. Description
Flint Clay is one kind of hard refractory clay. Al2O3 content of crude ore is around 38%. After calcination, Al2O3 content is around 44%.
2. Characteristics
Calcined Flint Clay has high temperature resistance, cold and heat resistance, stable composition, high strength and low moisture absorption characters.
3. Application
It is an ideal raw material for refractory bricks, refractory castables, refractory spray coatings. It is used in precision castings and ceramics such as familiar daily-use porcelain and industrial ceramics.
