Product Description

Calcined bauxite is produced by calcining natural bauxite ore in vertical or rotary kilns at high temperature to remove crystal water and volatile impurities, forming stable high-alumina clinker. It has various Al₂O₃ grades, dense texture, high refractoriness, good mechanical strength and slag erosion resistance with competitive cost. It can be processed into graded aggregates and fine powders as general raw material for refractories.

Such as castables, gunning mixes, ramming mixes for the steel industry, foundries, cement plants, and glass furnaces.

Packaging

Packaging can be configured to match handling, storage and shipment requirements. Available options may include:
Bulk bags: 1,000 kg, 1,250 kg or 1,350 kg, supplied with or without pallets.
Small bags: 20 kg or 25 kg plastic or paper bags, supplied with or without pallets.
Custom packaging: Alternative bag types, net weights, palletization and markings are available on request.
