Product Description

Homogenized bauxite is a new type of refractory raw material with high purity, dense texture and uniform composition. It is produced from premium high-alumina bauxite through a series of processes including pre-homogenization, crushing and iron removal, wet & dry grinding, mixing and homogenizing, compression molding and high-temperature calcination in tunnel kilns. It has the features of homogenized components,high bulk density, good performance at high temperature and stable quality.

Application

It is mainly used in the production of high-alumina bricks, ladle bricks, and unshaped refractories (castables, gunning mixes, ramming mixes) for steel-making and foundry industries, glass furnaces, ceramic kilns, aluminum smelting, and other high-temperature applications requiring consistent refractory performance.

Packaging

Packaging can be configured to match handling, storage and shipment requirements. Available options may include:
Bulk bags: 1,000 kg, 1,250 kg or 1,350 kg, supplied with or without pallets.
Small bags: 20 kg or 25 kg plastic or paper bags, supplied with or without pallets.
Custom packaging: Alternative bag types, net weights, palletization and markings are available on request.
